Whether driving a combine, raising catfish and show horses, or selling honey at the farmers market, in Arkansas, about one in six folks is employed in some facet of agriculture.

Great take on the theme!
Thanks! Hard not to think about agriculture, since we’re surrounded by it from the flower garden to stuff in the fridge. Thanks for stopping by!
what a great collage of shots!!
Thanks so much — certainly agriculture is a diverse field. (though the flock of geese may be considered a ringer):-)
I think it is amazing to be tied to the land in that way.
So true, and as a gardener, you know the value of having hands and roots in the soil!
That is a truly excellent play on words!
Thank you ma’am! This week’s challenge word is so versatile!
Great collection of photos…. really illustrates the theme. I especially like the catfish. No reason… 😉
There’s something about catfish — they way they look at you curiously in that unblinking way of theirs and of course those whiskers. Hard not to like them in the water or on the plate.
Nice photos.

Thanks! My favorite is “Horse Parking,” with the boy just casually waiting …
